Dear feelingfree,

It sounds as though you could use a good ear to talk to every now and again. Studying that much can really put a strain on you-- especially if you stay till 4am. Have you considered doing something for yourself? Go window shopping, out for a walk, study at a cafe instead of the library, exercise. Try anything outside of your house or library. It's okay to study at the library but give yourself enough time to study every day and do not stay past midnight-- after a while, your brain won't really learn what it needs to learn if you keep "over-studying" and staying till 4am. 

If your own little steps don't help you feel less blue on Sundays, then you may want to consider seeing a Therapist that can talk to you at least once or twice a week.
