Thank you so much for your kind words. We definitely choose how we view our scars. I was blessed to be able to eventually see them as evidence of hard-fought wellness, rather than as simply damage.
Your friend sounds like the a wonderful person and a great oncology nurse. I'm so glad she is helping others deal with their cancer.
