I had that problem and found out I was allergic to all darker colors of nail polish. I now only use the pale colors or a french manicure. As soon as I wear a little darker color it pops up that day. Use a cortizone
cream on it to soothe the inch. Mine are tiny, tiny bumps, but will get red and hurt. I only use Free n Clear soaps now, for my face and hands. You buy it at a good pharmacy. They make shampoo as well.
Stop using any hand soaps with fragrance, that will help also. Good Luck.
