Plan B will cause a change in period but this doesn't mean that it is safe to have unprotected sex afterwards. So, yes, you can get pregnant if you have unprotected sex again after your period just because we don't know when you ovulate--especially because of the Plan B pill you took.
Please, I can't stress enough how important it is to use protection if you aren't ready to have children. Plan B is not protection-- it is an emergency contraceptive. Birth control pills, depo provera, and condoms are protection please use them in future sexual activities.
