I'm sorry you've been suffering from panic/anxiety attacks lately. It is important that you seek medical treatment and proper diagnosis but in the meantime, you can try some relaxation techniques such as meditation and applied relaxation and yoga to help reduce the anxiety. You may also find that cutting caffeine out of your diet may help reduce anxiety and panic attacks.
