Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Since pregnancy does not appear to be an issue, the cycle that you are experiencing certainly can be from the change of diet as any changes can cause our mentrual cycle to fluctuate. Exercise can also cause changes as well as stress and so on.

 

If you are not experiencing any pain, you should be safe. Wait for another cycle and see what happens. If you are having any issues associated with pain, seek a physicians help immediately.
