You are not pregnant.
Changes in your menstrual cycle are a side effect of Plan B One-Step.
This is why you got your period 2 weeks earlier than normal. Your next period may come on time, earlier or later than normal. It can take one month or two, for your menstrual cycle to return to normal.

Emergency contraceptive pills contain doses of synthetic estrogen, at doses higher than most birth control pills. Hormones, particularly estrogen, regulate the menstrual cycle. Changing the normal levels found in the body by taking an emergency contraceptive will alter the normal cycle.

As long as you do not have unprotected sex again, there is no chance that you will become pregnant.
