What do you mean by "Accidentally"? He wouldn't accidentally touch the head of his penis with his fingertips-- if his hand brushed it then there's still no chance because that doesn't guarantee that there was sperm on his penis/hand. Please do not look into this too much. The "what if's" are what get people into thinking that they may get pregnant from circumstances that really aren't possible.
