Are you concerned that you may be pregnant because of having unprotected sex on February9?

Why are you taking black cohosh?
In the 19th century America, black cohosh was used to bring on menstruation. Currently, it is used as an herbal remedy for hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms.

The Office of Dietary Supplements National Institutes of Health warns,
"The use of black cohosh during pregnancy has not been rigorously studied. Thus, it would be prudent for pregnant women not to take black cohosh unless they do so under the supervision of their health care provider."

Did you think you could remove sperm from your vagina by using a common water bottle? Did you use tap water?
You could have done yourself more harm and put yourself at risk for infection.

Your best bet is to visit a health clinic such as Planned Parenthood. It is still to early to test for pregnancy. Stop taking the black cohosh. Make an appointment to have a blood pregnancy test after February 19. Consider using birth control regularly, either birth control pills, IUD or condoms.
