What do you mean by all other lymph nodes have been tender? Have they all been painful? Usually, if you have a swollen lymph node you don't want it to be tender (bothersome or painful) or fixed because this could be a sign of malignancy.
Try to remain calm, the swelling on your breast could be due to the lymph node but what is important is that your doctor is being proactive with mammograms every 6 months. Please keep us updated on your results.
