If there was no intercourse or penetration, It's unlikely she will be pregnant. The cramps and all other symptoms are from her period or many other conditions that can cause this. Like having Ovarian cycsts, Fibroids, Endometriosis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. She should see a doctor soon.
