A missed period can be caused by a sudden change in weight-- radical changes are shocking to your body and you may not be consuming enough food (based on your last post on always being hungry). Eating fruits all day is not enough to satiate hunger, you need to add proteins and even some carbs to be on a healthy diet and get your period back on track. If you miss your period for more than 3 months, please see your doctor.
