Hey anonymous, Thanks for writing. A very small number of women can become pregnant after undergoing a tubal ligation and it varies based on how many years ago the procedure was performed. Nearly 5 out of 1,000 women can get pregnant after a year. After five years, that number goes up to 13 out of 1,000 women. A woman can become pregnant after tubal if the tubes grow back together or a few passage forms (this is known as recanalization). The process can allow an egg to become fertilized by the sperm or if the surgery wasn’t performed correctly.

Another thought -- have there been any changes in your diet recently that may have caused some of what you're experiencing? For example, sometimes caffeine can be associated with upset stomach or breast tenderness (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/breast-cysts/AN00889)

And while I understand not wanting to wait in the ER when you feel like it might be nothing, have you considered an urgent care facility or another option where you can see a doctor relatively quickly with a short wait time? You've been very proactive in calling your doctors, checking out forums and posting your question here. I'd keep up the trend and get tested or checked out by a professional. Please update us.
