I think the problem that you and your husband are experiencing can be found in your own words: "He does not want to understand me and my body. He compares me to past relationships and not me as an individual. He does not listen to me when I try to guide him. "

Presenting your husband with statistics on how many women achieve or do not achieve an organsim with intercourse alone will not fix the problem. He needs to understand your needs and work toward making you satisfied. Every woman, just like every man, is unique and reaches sexual satisfaction in different ways.

Have you and your husband ever considered meeting with a therapist or counselor who specializes in working with couples?
Sometimes, an impartial person can shed light on marital issues and offer constructive ways to work through problems.

I can understand your feeling of frustration, but please do not let this lower your self-esteem. You are not the problem.
