I'm a 16yo guy, and I'm experiencing the same thing. Looking through this is just making me panic more, I'm thinking maybe I have too much estrogen instead of testosterone or something. But It just recently started this month, it burns for the entire day, but seems to be fine when I wake up. Just today I noticed horizontal slits in both nipples, and it feels almost like they are excreting a liquid, but nothing seems to be coming out (thankfully). Pretty sure i just need more testosterone in me, but it's really worrying.
