Unfortunately, when I was a teenager this problem occurred and I didn't know what to do. Needless to sat, some very humiliating and hurtful comments were made by adults. I read a solution offered that said drink a full 8 oz. glass of 100% Cranberry Juice. I did and IT WORKS EVERYTIME!!!
