If it has only been 3 days since you last had unprotected sex, then it is still too early for all of these symptoms. In general, the first symptoms such as breast tenderness, nausea, and missed period would not occur until 2-4 weeks after implantation. I know it is hard to be patient when ttc but continue trying and then test in 2 weeks or once you have missed a period.
