For ten + years now I have always had a normal period I am on birth control too and something has got me worried two weeks before my period was due I started to get a lot of cramping and feeling dizzy and my breast were sore I did not pay too much attention to it till my lower back had cramping too . Then the day of my period came normal but it was not normal it was completely light abnormally light where I could wear a panty liner for the day and fill that up and that not normal for me I'm usually heavy for two days then med for two more then slowly goes away . I went to the doctor before my period started and did blood work and urine and could not find anything. I am finding it very unusual for me to ever had that happen. I have had stressful stuff in my life and it never affected me that way ever. What is going on? And I am having sex just using the pill tho
