The pull-out is not an effective method of birth control. There is always the risk that sperm leaks out before the guy pulls out.
The manufactures leaflet directs the user to take one Postinor-2 within 72 hours following intercourse and another 12 hours after taking the first pill.
I found a website, pharmalogikblogspot.com, that advises users to take as single dose, ie 2 tab at once as soon as possible for increased compliance.
The efficiency or effectiveness of Postinor decreases as more time passes.
