Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for sharing. I have been so confused and spending every waking minute consumed with researching answers as to the best possible solution for hormone therapy. I am so sorry to hear about your cancer; but happy to hear that you are a cancer survivor! I only went to this doctor once and the practice made me sign a waiver that if anything happened I would not be able to sue but would instead go to arbitration. That made me uneasy to start with. Then when he told me there were no bad side effects, I really was concerned. I knew after reading all of the comments on this site about the pellets that there are possible side effects. My only symptoms are tired all the time, I don't sleep through the night without taking sleep aids. Also my hair is falling out. That could be due to the low testosterone. Can you tell me how you got your hair healthy and thick. Do you think saw palmetto with pygeum works? The doctor said that the saw palmetto blocks DHT which is the bad testosterone. Do you know of any supplements that will help my hair thicken up and stop falling out?? Do you think that taking a hormone cream with progesterone pill will be less harmful? I am a teacher and I am desperate to get my body in order so I can fall asleep and sleep sound before I go back to the 5:00 am grind. I never sleep sound through the night. Progesterone knocks me out but if the testosterone/estrogen cream will have bad side affects then I do not want to take it and will not be taking the progesterone pills either. I do not want cancer. I really appreciate your response. I am not getting clear answers from the doctors.
