Thank you for your post. We cannot diagnose you but I would certainly make an appointment with your doctor. I have had this same issue three times in my life. In my experience, the first time, it was nothing and the doctor gave me medication to stop bleeding. The second and third times, it was a simple cyst that I had removed by D&C.
When you bleed for so long, you will loose blood and get tired. This is normal so getting to your doctor is necessary. You indicated that you have an appointment already, did you ask to be put on a call-off list? This may be helpful to see if you can get into the office earlier.
