You are definitely not pregnant. The heavy bleeding happened because you took Plan B and missed two days of active birth control pills.
Are you still taking your active birth control pills? I suggest you contact your gynecologist and report what has happened. Your doctor may want you to continue or wait until the bleeding stops and start a new pack.
