Welcome to EmpowHER.  Common symptoms of Crohn's disease include abdominal pain, diarrhea, andweight loss. Less common symptoms include poor appetite, fever, night sweats, rectal pain, and occasionally rectal bleeding.  You need to let your doctor know about all these symptoms.
