One of the side effects of the morning after pill is a change in period. This can make it come sooner or later. However, because you were instructed by your pharmacist to take it with your next period, you will have to call your doctor and ask him/her when the appropriate time is to take the second pack.
I would also advise you to look into a form of regular birth control since Plan B is only an emergency medication and is not meant to be taken regularly.
