Hi FaithR,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Sorry to hear how you feel.  It's great you have support from others.  But, it's also important to see a doctor and explain what you are feeling and the problems you are having at bedtime.  This all can be much better, together with medication and psychotherapy.
