I heard this information in a story on The TODAY show yesterday morning! So glad you wrote about it and included some of the details.

I'd have to say though, my favorite diet approach is everything in moderation!

Don't limit yourself and don't overindulge. Keep a healthy outlook on food and keep moving. That's my motto anyway for a long-lasting healthy lifestyle!
