I am assuming from your concern that you had a sexual encounter and now you are questioning pregnancy. If you already missed your period and the pregnancy tests are negative, you should be fine. Many times being concerned about pregnancy will actually make you miss your period. If you are still concerned, make an appointment with your doctor for a blood test although you should be fine as urine pregnancy tests are pretty accurate.
