Postinor 2 prevents pregnancy by delaying or preventing ovulation. If she took it after ovulation, there was no point and the pill would not prevent pregnancy.
However, a released egg can live about 24 hours. So, if the unprotected sex happened five days after ovulation, there is a good chance she did not become pregnant.
Wait for her period. If she is late by at least seven days, she should test for pregnancy. Or, she can use an early response pregnancy test and test about five days before her period due date.
