With these last periods, you mention that the flow is light. Do you fill a pad or tampon? Or is it more like a few drops at a time or spotting?
I suggest you contact your gynecologist. Since you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, there is a chance that you might be pregnant and these "periods" may be spotting. Your doctor can examine you and order a blood pregnancy test.
If you are not pregnant, then, the reason for your irregular periods can be determined.
