I am glad that you are following up with your doctor as you need to get checked in order to get your answers about your possible bowel issues. I cannot diagnose you but your symptoms should be checked out by a specialist.
As for your lymph nodes, they are all over your body. If you have pelvic lymph node issues, they may just be inflamed although there could be other underlying issues associated with it. I am sure your doctor will check up on those issues as well.
