Thank you for your question. Blood in your stool is due to many different things. The best thing you could have done is go to your GI doctor in order to have your stool tested. I am not exactly sure if your cysts would have anything to do with your bowel movements since this is a different body system - so I will assume that there is no correlation although getting a check up is a great idea.
Melissa, the biggest thing about any medical concern is if your GI doctor says there is nothing wrong but you are still concerned, have you thought about a second opinion?
