Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Some women will experience changes to their next period, after taking an emergency pill. Such as an earlier or delay, heavier or lighter period. If your period doesn't come in a few days, it might be good to go back to your doctor for more testing. Maybe an imaging test such as an ultrasound.
