I do not think these are early signs of pregnancy but side effects of Plan B. Please confirm this with your gynecologist.
Taking the first missed pill within six hours still protected you.
Taking Plan B "blasted" your body with a high dose of levonorgestrel, which is the hormone found in most birth control pills. It is a progestin.
Taking Tuesday's pill almost 12 hours late added another "roll" in the "roller coaster ride" your hormones were on.
