Plan B prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. So, if you took it before you ovulated, it should have worked. If you do not have any bleeding within the next three weeks, then test for pregnancy.
Just to note, pre ejaculate fluid does not itself contain sperm. If your partner had a prior but recent ejaculation, some sperm could remain in this urethra. But, once he urinates, any sperm is flushed out with the urine.
