There was no risk for becoming pregnant when you had unprotected intercourse while having your period.
There is a risk for pregnancy when you have unprotected sex five days before and on the day of ovulation.
Unless the second time happened during ovulation, there would not be a chance that your symptoms are linked to being pregnant.
Check in with your gynecologist or primary care physician. Seven days, even if you conceived is much to early to have lower back pain.
