I had sex on 11/20 and 11/21 and my ovulation day was supposedly 11/23. My period before that sex period and ovulation period was from 11/10-11/14. I had sex again on 12/1 and my next period was due on 12/11 but it started spotting on and off very lightly like pink on 12/7 and I never had just spotting, an entire day at that. I wear panty liners so I would know if I'm ever spotting or its that time for pads. I had crazy pain/aches in my pelvic area that day and when I do get my period, if I get cramps it's always higher up in the abdominal area. To be safe, I wore a pad to bed and woke up to nothing but later in the day on 12/8 I was bleeding. It was not as heavy as usual but it was kind of normal. I did not have any back pain or no irregular aching boobs. My boobs hurt on the side every cycle so I don't pay that pain any mind. I wear a B cup but my boobs have been feeling heavier for like the past week but again my weird cycle does all of this. Today is 12/10, and I'm going back to spotting and have lower horrible back pain on the left side from bottom going up my back. Then, in the middle of my back going towards the right, it killer aches. It's been getting worse by the hour. Me and my partner have unprotected sex and so far we have had no surprising lucky news. I try not to automatically think, PREGNANT when I have symptoms because it's what I want so I feel like it's an all in my head thing. I usually run to the doctor or buy a test and it's always negative. I am 27, eat regular, have no kind of sickness or anything but I have been more lazy and eating more but then again I do not have an appetite it's so weird. I be very tired but I cannot fall asleep until like 3 or 4 in the morning and I'll get up around 9 or 10 in the morning. I just wanna know if this sounds like just a change or could it be something else and should I run back to my doctor.
