Substance abuse is indeed on the rise. I hope my share help parents address their teen's drug abuse before it turns in an addiction and something hard to tackle later on.
You are right that there are many approaches when it comes to addressing the issue. I do intend to write on the role and effectiveness of help groups and rehabs soon.
