Hi Raj12,

Welcome to EmpowHER. It's not good for your health to spend so many hours in front of a computer. You need to set times in which you can give your eyes, body and brain a break, away from the computer. I know it might be difficult since you are using it for work, but 3-4 hours of sleep it's not healthy either and this can also be the cause of your burning eyes.  Also it's important to use proper body posture while sitting, this can help alleviate the pain in your back. Hope this helps?
