I don't think you are pregnant because you had vaginal bleeding after the two instances of unprotected sex, and you bled again 15 days later.
I suspect a hormonal imbalance could be the cause of your irregular menstrual cycle. You could take a home pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant or not. Then call your physician to report this and schedule an appointment to be evaluated, if necessary.
