Hello Bathsheva,

I recall from your previous question that your father has been diagnosed with H pylori infection. Amoxicillin, omeprazole and clarithromycin are antibiotics prescribed to treat this infection.

What is the full name of the drug you list as nicar? I am sorry but I do not recognize it. Did you mean nicaripine?

Nicardipine is used to treat high blood pressure. It relaxes your blood vessels so your heart does not have to pump as hard. It also increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart to control chest pain (angina).

Crestor is used to lower high cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels.

To my knowledge there is no drug interactions associated with these medications. Your pharmacist is the best person to ask. Your father's physician should be aware of all medications that he is taking. You could check with the physician as well.

Regards,
Maryann
