There's a term for a condition associated with burning during sex. Vulvodynia-it is defined as discomfort or burning pain in the vulvar area with no obvious cause, such as an infection, cancer, or neurologic disorder like herpes or spinal nerve compression.
If this is not the cause, you could be experiencing a vaginal or pelvic infection.
I would see a doctor right away in the event that you have an infection-it needs to be treated. In the meantime, do not engage in sexual activity until you see your doctor.
