Have you had a significant amount of stress in your life lately? The reason I'm asking is that the symptoms that you describe are associated with both pregnancy and with stress.
It's not likely that your tubal ligation failed, but there have been cases of this. If your gut is telling you that you may be pregnant then you should take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. Women who have had tubal ligations are at high risk for an ectopic pregnancy, which is a life-threatening condition and needs immediate medical attention.
Even if the pregnancy test is negative, it would be a good idea to see your healthcare professional. Heartburn for two weeks is not normal - or comfortable - and it's important to find out what's causing your symptoms and get the relief you need to feel better.
