In researching an answer, I found an interesting possibility,
hyperprolactinaemia – a rare disorder in which the pituitary gland is overactive.
Psychological factors to consider are poor body image, low self-esteem and a history of physical or sexual abuse.
I understand that you have spoken with a number of physicians and a counselor. But have you discussed this with a female gynecologist?
