The only true way to know if you are pregnant is by taking a pregnancy test or by waiting to see if your menstrual cycle comes. I'm sorry I can not be more of a help here, but at this point all you really can do is wait the 4 days. If your period does not come then, I would take a pregnancy test to be completely sure.
