Hello,

I know how uncomfortable this must be for you!

All of these symptoms may be relative to one of two things, your pelvic area or your intestinal area.  I would say that it is an intestinal problem because it is related to your stomach and your eating.  Hardness in the stomach area is directly related to constipation.  Also low back pain is common when waste is having difficulty passing through the lower intestines.

Analyze your digestion.  Are you eating healthy, real food?  Are your bowel movements regular?  Stress, little sleep, and eating late at night etc can negatively affect on your digestive health; thus causing all the symptoms you have mentioned.

I suggest taking a laxative and after elimination, eat very clean for a few days; just soups, lemon water, fruits and vegetables.

If you have not already taken a pregnancy test, you may do so in order to find out if you are pregnant or not.  If you took the test and it is negative, I would suggest treating your symptoms as intestinal issues.
