Guide

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I know how you must be feeling right now, but let me offer some helpful information to you.

First of all, your hGG levels increase when you are pregnant.  When you are not pregnant any level greater than 25mlU/ml is positive for pregnancy.  Anything lower than 5mlU/ml is negative for pregnancy.  Because your count is 26.7mlU/ml you would be considered still very able to become pregnant.  You should not worry about your ability to become pregnant because your count is positive.

It is also important for you to know that women under 35 years of age who have IVF, have a 39.6% chance of becoming pregnant and having a baby.  That percent is relatively low.  So just because you did not become pregnant the first time does not mean there is something wrong with your reproductive health.

Your hGG levels are normal and you still have the same 39.6% of pregnancy if you wish to try an IVF again.

You may however be experiencing infertility which is defined as the inability to get pregnant after a year of unprotected intercourse.  In this case you should talk to your gynecologists about the other reasons possibly stopping you from conception. Causes of infertility can included: damage to fallopian tubes, hormonal causes, cervical causes or uterine causes.

Your hGG levels are positive for pregnancy, so if you are experiencing an inability to get pregnant after a year of trying or more, you need to explode these other options that may be causing infertility.

Let us know if you have any more questions.
