Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing you question with the community.  I'd love to give you some helpful information on the matter.

If you are expecting your period soon, then these cramps could be related to your period.  If your coming period is irregular it is more likely due to having the flu than being pregnant because illness can effect the consistency of your period.

You can only become pregnant if your male partner ejaculates into your vagina during intercourse without protection.  Because you used a condom that did not break, you cannot become pregnant from that event.

If you are not expecting your period any time soon however and the lower abdominal pain continues, then I suggest that it may be constipation.  Sometimes one can get the flu because of back-up waste in the digestive system that results in a weakened immune system.  If you have not had regular bowel movements it may be constipation and you can try you laxatives to cleanse your system.

If it is not constipation and the pain still continues, you should see your doctor to discuss other possible reasons.

Let us know if you have any more questions.
