Since your period was due to start on January 19, you had already ovulated and there was no risk for pregnancy when you had sex on January 17. There needs to be a released mature egg waiting to be fertilized by sperm in order for conception to occur.
Plan B contains a high dose of a synthetic hormone that prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. Introducing this hormone upset the hormonal balance that was in place and should have cause you to start your period.
I think this is the reason you are late.
Relax, your period should start. I cannot predict which day, but I do not think you could be pregnant.
