Getting an STD is only possible if you have intercourse with a person who is infected. If you only have one partner (your fiancé) and he does not have any STD you cannot infect one another. Therefore, you so not need to use condoms in order to protect from this.
Mouth ulcers are not a form of STD. However, if one of you does get mouth ulcers, it would be best not to give oral sex until it is healed.
