If an infertility problem has not been determined and cause documented, there is the chance that you could conceive.
Considering you have a 30 day menstrual cycle, you could have been ovulating around February 7. If you did conceive, it would be too early to say the spotting and cramping were signs of implantation. Implantation bleeding occurs about six to 12 days following conception.
Discuss this with your gynecologist, who knows your medical history.
